Connect your AI assistant
Cassis works with any assistant or client that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP. Add one server URL, then sign in with your Cassis account.
The server URL is the same everywhere: https://app.getcassis.com/mcp/. You need a Cassis account (a demo account counts).
In an assistant your company shares
When your company runs the assistant for everyone, such as ChatGPT Business, Claude Team or Enterprise, Dust, or an internal agent, an admin adds Cassis once. Each person then signs in once with their own account, or not at all when a company gateway passes their identity with a gateway key. Every question runs as the person who asked it. The admin steps for each route are in Connect Cassis for your whole organization.
In your own client
In Claude on the web or Claude Desktop: Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste https://app.getcassis.com/mcp/, then choose Connect and sign in. On Claude Team and Enterprise, only owners add custom connectors; members connect the one their owner added.
claude mcp add --transport http cassis https://app.getcassis.com/mcp/ To give everyone on a repository the server, commit a shared .mcp.json.
Settings, then MCP, then Add new MCP server. Paste https://app.getcassis.com/mcp/, transport HTTP.
In any other client, add the URL as a remote MCP server. A client that supports MCP OAuth opens a browser for sign-in, then stores and refreshes the token. A client that cannot open a browser uses an API key as a bearer token instead.
Check the connection
Ask your assistant:
Which Cassis projects can you see?
It should identify the projects your connection can reach. A connection scoped to one project returns that project. Then ask a real question.
