Mention the bot with a question. Cassis replies in the thread and links to the full chat.

An admin must first install Slack and map the channel to a project. Then mention the bot with the question.

@Cassis how many active customers do we have?
What makes a customer active? Nothing in the context defines it.
A delivered order in the last 90 days Any order in the last 12 months

Follow-ups
Reply by mentioning the bot again. The thread keeps the Cassis conversation context.
Clarifications
When essential business information is missing, Cassis asks a short question in the thread, with option buttons when it has choices. Pick one, or reply by mentioning the bot; the question runs once answered, and your answer holds for this thread only.
Feedback
๐Ÿ‘ or ๐Ÿ‘Ž under an answer opens a short form asking what was right or wrong. The feedback joins the conversation, as in the web app, and reaches the same review queue.
Large results
Cassis attaches results.csv and keeps a preview inline.

Only the person who started the thread can continue it, answer its clarifications, or give feedback on its answers. Other people start their own thread.

Slack is for asking, not editing the context. A new thread uses the published context. After a published fix, start a new thread to verify it; follow-ups keep their original conversation context.
